career. Start out your projects strong, navigate a challenging schedule
and beat back procrastination for a strong finish

Youth Entrepreneurship Academy (Grades 9-12)

Learn what it takes to be an entrepreneur and sell your idea in a
pitch contest format. Attendees will be assigned to groups, create a
business idea, write a business plan and pitch to a panel of business
professionals. Prizes provided. Please only register if you can attend all
3 sessions. Space is limited

Choose Your Own Business Venture (Grades 6-12)

You’re the CEO of this business. Choose from infinite possibilities.
Apply your skills, invest your time, check your profits. Each decision
has consequences, will your business succeed or fail? Choose wisely

Take a moment to sit and play chess with other beginners

Learn about the basics and history of chess then play a few beginner
games

image of these goals can be empowering.
Come together with individuals of all abilities
to design your own Vision Board, a creative
expression of your plans and dreams. Led
by Able Mindset, a nonprofit organization
creating an inclusive environment for
people of all abilities to participate in the
arts for self-expression and empowerment.
